Cagliata is a type of industrial cheese used as an intermediate product for the production of the Mozzarella cheese and because of its good melting nature, it can also be used on Pizza. Cagliata is made from the pasteurized milk, which gives it the mild, lactic and slightly bitter flavor. Cagliata cheese is characterized by soft, elastic flesh white to pale yellow, which can vary. Our cagliata cheese is packed in the plastic bags, 15kg, euro block.

Ingredients: pasteurized milk, salt, starter culture, ferments.
